Private Sessions
Whether you are new to yoga, rehabilitating from an injury, or desire additional attention, private sessions can be an invaluable experience as part of your yoga practice or path to healing. Private sessions focus on YOUR desires for YOUR yoga practice. An initial discussion (intake), between you and your instructor will outline your intentions for this dedicated time.
