Registration procedures are outlined on the Class Schedule tab of this website. We require advance registration for all activities at PCY: at least 1 hour prior for group classes, and 24 hours prior for workshops. We reserve the right to cancel classes and workshops due to low enrollment.

You do you. Wear what you are most comfortable moving around in. A shirt that can be tucked in is preferable when bending forward. Loose fit or stretchy garments make it easy for wide stances.

• Doors open 10 minutes before class. This ensures:

  • The space is prepped for your practice.

  • Students from the previous class can exit without feeling rushed.

  • Safety measures, like salting walkways or securing the entrance, are completed

  • Please, do not enter when the "Class in Session" or "Closed" sign is displayed.

• Please ensure your phone is on silent during class.

• Keep Voices Low: If waiting and chatting with others, be mindful of your volume to respect ongoing sessions.

We have a plethora of props available for use during class (there is no mat rental fee associated). Of course, you may bring your own.

We also have chairs available (rated to 600 lbs.). If you would prefer to practice seated in a chair, please let your instructor know.

There is free parking directly in front of our doors, and in the large Public Parking on the other side our building (just past Mitchell’s restaurant).

We have stairs and a ramp onto the elevated entrace in front of our unit. Once in our studio, there is no change in floor height, and no stairs, allowing for individuals who use mobilty assistance apparatus a safe and accessible experience.

Our windows and front doors are covered in privacy film to help create a sense of peace.

PCY has three doors in addition to the front entry: one back exit, one bathroom door, and within the bathroom, a closet door.

The Cromwell Police and Fire Departments are located across the parking lot.

All class, private session, and workshop registrations are non-refundable.

We do not extend promotional pricing for any reason.

If a workshop or series is canceled by PCY, will be refunded to your studio account or via method of payment. If a single class is canceled by PCY, credit for that class will remain on your pricing package for use on another class.
